December
At one time or another, we all get stressed about doing things just right, or doing things the way they are "supposed" to be done. But where does this kind of thinking come from? Who ever said this was the law, that you must think and do things one particular way? We all want to do a good job at whatever we are doing. But what if you asked yourself, “What does doing a good job mean to me?” Or, “How do I really want to do this?” Doing something from a more thoughtful place will feel a heck of a lot better, I promise you. This translates into you feeling less stressed. Take a look at some of the things you do this month, and consider how you would really want to do them. Then make a change, little by little. It’s the perfect time of the year to give yourself a stress-free gift.
