It's important to remember that for life to be in balance, first it may need to be out of balance.  When something is out of balance, we will then reach for something better so we can gain more balance.  The beginning of the year may have been more about lessons, and probably felt a bit challenging for you.  Being out of balance can be frustrating and drain your energy.  As the year progressed, you may have noticed balance in how you carried yourself.  You brought your male and female energies into balance.  Or maybe balance for you&lt;br /&gt;was more physical.  You may have experienced balance in your finances, home or personal life, or your family.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No matter where you gained balance, it was a perfect set-up for this year.  This year is about having fun.  That’s right!  It's all about having fun, finding your passion and purpose, and living more deeply in joy.  Remember, you may need to experience the opposite first (in your lessons).  This will help you reach for more fun and happiness.  Know that it’s just a part of being human.  We all need to have lessons to learn and grow, and have FUN! But where does this kind of thinking come from?  Who ever said this was the law, that you must think and do things one particular way?  We all want to do a good job at whatever we are doing.  But what if you asked yourself, “What does doing a good job mean to me?”  Or, “How do I really want to do this?”  Doing something from a more thoughtful place will feel a heck of a lot better, I promise you.  This translates into you feeling less stressed.  Take a look at some of the things you do this month, and consider how you would really want to do them.  Then make a change, little by little. If you are experiencing a change, please remember this:  you are completely in charge of how you go through change.  Know that you are in charge of your own pace.  You decide how fast, or how slow you go through the process.  Now I’m not referring to the change itself, the situation outside of you.  I am talking about how you handle the change, inside of you.  When you go through change at a slower pace, you’re able to get a handle on it, which is more nurturing for you.  You can think more clearly at a slower pace.  And the process of change can even be fun.  When you’re rushed, tension builds, stress happens, and you’re not able to think clearly or enjoy the process. Autumn seems to bring more significant changes than any other time of the year.  Change can throw us into old patterns and habits.  For this reason, do your best to be extra mindful of taking care of you, even if it’s just for five minutes a day.  Nurture yourself completely and thoroughly for five full minutes.  Nature accepts the changes of the season easily.
